Small-batch roasting: We roast our Arabicas everyday and in small batches to ensure freshness.
Processing:Our 100% Arabica is wet-processed(washed)which unlocks the coffee’s natural brightness.
Altitude: Our Arabicas are grown at an elevation of 3800-4000 feet above sea level.
Hand-picked: Our green coffee beans are hand-picked from our very own plantations in Chikmagalur.
Roasting: Our Italian Craft-Roasting techniques have been tested and tweaked for over 4 generations
Crop-to-cup: We know coffee, we grow coffee! We also process, roast & package the coffee ourselves.
